Introduction
This website is owned and operated by Colwick Padel. Throughout these terms, "we", "us" and "our" refer to Colwick Padel, and "you" and "your" refer to anyone using this website or booking our padel court.
By using this website or booking a session, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions in full. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not continue to use the website or make a booking.
You must be at least 18 years old to book a court or create an account through our online booking system. Bookings made on behalf of a group must be made by someone meeting this age requirement, who takes responsibility for that booking.
Bookings & Payment
All court bookings are made through our online booking system. A booking is only confirmed once payment has been taken in full at the time of booking. We do not accept bookings made by phone, email or in person.
Prices are as displayed on our Prices page.
Cancellations & Refunds
Bookings may be cancelled or amended through our online booking system, in line with the cancellation policy set out at the time of booking.
We reserve the right to cancel a booking in exceptional circumstances, such as unforeseen closure of the court, in which case a full refund will be provided.

Court Access & Use
Colwick Padel operates as a self-service venue. On confirmation of your booking, a unique access code will be issued for the court's smart lock. This code is for your use only and must not be shared with anyone outside your booked session.
You are responsible for the court and its facilities during your booked time slot, including making sure the court is left in a reasonable condition and that the entrance is properly secured when you leave.
Bookings are for the time slot reserved only. Sessions running beyond the booked time may affect other players.
Acceptable Use
When using this website or booking our court, you must not:
- Use the website or court in a way that causes damage, disruption or unnecessary risk to others.
- Behave in a way that is abusive, threatening or otherwise unlawful while on site.
- Attempt to gain access to the court outside of a confirmed, paid booking.
We reserve the right to refuse access, cancel a booking or restrict future use of our services for anyone found in breach of these terms.
Health & Participation
Padel is a physical activity and participation is entirely at your own risk. You should satisfy yourself that you are fit to play before booking a session. Colwick Padel accepts no responsibility for injury sustained while using the court, except where this results from our own negligence.
Players are responsible for bringing their own suitable equipment and footwear, as set out on our FAQs page.
Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, images and page layout, belongs to Colwick Padel or our licensors, unless stated otherwise. You may view and print pages from this site for your own personal, non-commercial use.
You must not copy, reproduce, distribute or otherwise use any content from this site for commercial purposes without our written permission.

This website may contain links to third party websites, including our online booking system. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy or availability of any linked website, and including a link does not imply our endorsement of it.
Limitation Of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Colwick Padel accepts no liability for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this website or our court, including loss of income, data or business opportunity.

These terms may be updated from time to time, and the version published on this website at the time of your booking will apply. It is your responsibility to check these terms periodically.
If any part of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining terms will continue to apply in full.
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
